If the rusted area is small and has not breached the structure of the fender, it can be repaired after the body has been removed from the frame.  The rusted area on this left driver's side fender would meet this description.

However, if the area is larger and the fender structure has been comprised, make these repairs before removing the body from the frame.  Repairs to this right passenger side fender must be made before the body is removed from the frame - - - we will repair it first..
